Hilda Maszuak, a classical music fan from New York, New York recently mentioned via Facebook that her book she's writing on composer Justin Taylor will be out not by the end of the year as planned, but mid-late 2011. "I have already conducted the interviews with Mr. Taylor via telephone, mostly in October. I thought I'd be able to get everything ready to go for the Christmas market but unfortunately that wasn't the case". Maszuak had taken creative writing classes in the past, but this is her first book. "It has been very tough. Justin was great being interviewed. He was totally open and willing to chat about anything I asked him. I know it's a bit of a bold move being early in his career, but I really feel he has something to offer the classical music audience. On top of that, I believe he really has some interesting things to say".
Maszuak is currently shopping publishers but states that she will publish independently if she has to.
