Lauderdale Restaurant for Mother’s Day
Mom’s special day is right around the corner, and for that leading lady in your life, you’ll want to
treat her right! On Sunday, May 13th
from 1 pm – 9 pm, come out to Mardi Gras Casino in
Hallandale Beach, FL and we’ll do our darndest to delight you with a dining experience that
elates everyone.
Our French Quarter Restaurant is known for the spectacular spread we serve
up on each and every one of our buffets, and our Mother’s Day Buffet is no exception! Our
Carving Station will feature Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus with creamy Horseradish, and Roasted
Turkey with Pan Gravy and Cranberry Orange Chutney.
Buffet Entrees will include Short Ribs
of Beef with an Asian Mandarin Glaze, Grilled Salmon with a Dijon Mustard Emulsion, and
Chicken Francaise with a Lemon Caper Sauce.
Is your mouth watering yet? Well then wait
until you taste our Roasted Garlic Smashed Potato, or our Lobster Macaroni and Cheese! Our
