home even with a loan modification under the Home Affordable Modification Program
(HAMP).

If you have tried a loan modification using HAMP and are not eligible, then you
should contact us about using HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative) where:
1) Lender gives signed pre-approval for short sale signed by lender, seller and
real estate agent.
2) Listing Agreement signed to allow showing the property.
3) No additional negotiating when you receive an offer.
4) Offer must be submitted to lender in 3 business days.
5) Lender must accept or decline the offer
