NDP Leader JACK LAYTON exludes/conceals his 30 May 2008 guest attendance at the NAFI Model Parliament for North America from his Danforth, Toronto Constituents (2 June 2008) This print-screen taken of the NDP web site and then PDF'd shows only ONE item on Jack Layton's May 30, 2008 itinerary: a speech to a Labor Congress. There is no mention in the itinerary, or anywhere else on the NDP web site open to public search, of his attendance at the NAFI Model Parliament for North America. When asked by e-mail to account for this anomaly in his itinerary, Mr. Layton ignored the question. Conclusion: MENS REA: exclusion of the event due to consciousness of GUILT. Less
