Laguna Niguel, CA in order to offer their new "EZ-HR" brand of services to current
and new clients.

The "EZ HR" suite includes the "EZ HR" employment practices system, on-line
supervisory management training, an employee handbook, and an employee hotline
program called the "Harassment Hotline".
The "EZ HR" system is an on-line suite of forms, procedures and guidance which a
company can use to set up their basic employment practices function.
It saves a
