Company, Inc.

fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in connection with the sale of the
Company to Chesapeake Energy Corporation.
New York, NY, Apri 16, 2011 -- Levi & Korsinsky is investigating the Board of
Directors of Bronco Drilling Company, Inc.
(?Bronco? or the ?Company?) (Nasdaq:
BRNC) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law in
connection with the sale of the Company to Chesapeake Energy Corporation (NYSE:
CHK).
Under the terms of the transaction, Bronco shareholders will receive $11.

per share of Bronco stock they own.
The transaction has a total value of
approximately $315 million, including the assumption of debt.
