This is less than a year before the official launch of the NAFI's Model Parliament for North America in the Canadian Senate, and already the QUEBEC GOVERNMENT is already fully cooperating in North American INTEGRATION behind the backs of Canadians.

NDP Leader JACK LAYTON exludes/conceals his 30 May 2008 guest attendance at the NAFI Model Parliament for North America from his Danforth, Toronto Constituents (2 June 2008) This print-screen taken of the NDP web site and then PDF'd shows only ONE item on Jack Layton's May 30, 2008 itinerary: a speech to a Labor Congress. There is no mention in the itinerary, or anywhere else on the NDP web site open to public search, of his attendance at the NAFI Model Parliament for North America. When asked by e-mail to account for this anomaly in his itinerary, Mr. Layton ignored the question. Conclusion: MENS REA: exclusion of the event due to consciousness of GUILT.

"As though there was no boundary": the Shipshaw project and continental integration. Publication:American Review of Canadian Studies / EXTRACT "Shipshaw was thoroughly embedded in its continental context. Alcan, the project's builder, initially expressed little interest in expanding its industrial facilities to include the gigantic power plant on the lower Saguenay River. The motive force came instead from the Canadian government, specifically from Canada's wartime Power Controller Herbert Symington, who was a close and trusted associate of the powerful Minister of Munitions and Supply, C.D. HOWE. Symington, in turn, was responding to U.S. demand for an expanded electrical power pool to serve defense preparations in the eastern United States, even before the U.S. formally entered the war. In this way, burgeoning U.S. demand for energy in 1940, and Canadians' willingness to do something about it, formed the original prod to Shipshaw's construction." Notes: This article is goo
